The dashboard displays a list of clients in order of most recent anniversary of home purchase. Staff members can filter clients by their agents or search by first or last name. The list of clients in the database is mannually uploaded with a imported CVS file or a single client can be added with the "+ client" button. The options on each client are: print report, edit client, or delete client.
Upon clicking on the "print" button, the webpage will generate a personalized report based on the client's address. It only takes a few seconds to pull data from the RESO MLS API. It grabs 30 homes within a 1/2 mile radius and uses recent data to calculate average sold price, average days on market, odds of selling, and fair market price. From this page staff can click "Download PDF" and a PDF named after the address of the home will be download onto their local machine.
